Exegi monumentum aere perennius
The endless wait (Nocturnal feelings)

Listening to the rain I hear bursting drops bombs
A thrill of unsafety wakes my fears up and lays
In my powerless cries falling onto cold tombs
Under this icy rain I pray for better days

Around me the dead wind turns around and swallows
The life almost dying which the breath tears away
From my dry and numb lips where dribble my sorrows
Can I still bear my pain when it leads me astray

I know my fragile hands want to destroy my world
But the one inside me is reigned by a dark lord
And something infernal seems to take the control

I've got the weird feeling that doubt divides my soul
And that drunk of weakness my heart is slowing down
Here rain is still falling but I've not seen the dawn
